Beautiful ladies smells nice, but unfortunately this is not true about handsome men. This was discovered by Austrian behaviorists recently. They asked 22 men to value the beauty of the face of 17 female volunteers. After that another group of men was asked to sniff the T-shirts the same women had slept in for 3 nights. The result showed that those of the women considered to have the most beautiful faces was also considered to have the most erotic body odors The result thereby supported earlier research aiming to prove the significance of the smell for the choice of partner. BUT when the scientists did the same test with women evaluating men, the result was surprisingly enough the total opposite. The more attractive a man was considered, the less appealing was his smell. The difference, according to the researchers, shows intriguing differences in the ways men and women pick their partners.
