Killed By The Teletubbies...
Pittsburgh, US - April 1999:
A 2-year-old boy was killed on Thursday, March 11, while watching
the PBS children's program "Teletubbies". Apparently, he became excited over
the show and ran up to the TV to hug the Teletubbies, but accidentally pulled
the 27-inch television down on himself.
